We collect only what the site needs to run, respond, and measure responsibly.
This policy covers newsletter signups, contact requests, analytics setup, advertising readiness, and how we handle the data that flows through those systems.
What we collect
When you use the newsletter or contact forms, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, subject line, and message. We also collect limited attribution data tied to your visit, including page path, referrer, and any UTM campaign values passed into the site.
How we use it
We use subscriber data to send release announcements, studio updates, and relevant service offers. We use contact form submissions to reply to inquiries, scope projects, and manage booking or partnership conversations. Attribution data is used to understand which pages and campaigns are driving the strongest engagement.
Analytics and tags
The site is prepared for Google Tag Manager and related analytics or advertising tags. When those tools are enabled in production, they may set cookies or collect browser and device information for measurement, conversion tracking, and advertising optimization. The privacy policy should be reviewed again whenever a new tracking platform is activated.
Email and infrastructure providers
Contact requests are delivered through the configured SMTP provider. Newsletter signup data is stored in the configured database environment. Domain and infrastructure protections such as HTTPS, rate limiting, and reverse proxy services may process IP information as part of normal security operations.
Retention and protection
We retain form and subscriber information only as long as it is useful for communication, list management, analytics review, or legal compliance. We use HTTPS, CSRF protection, spam controls, and rate limiting to protect the site. Sensitive credentials are intended to be stored in the server environment rather than in version-controlled files.
Your choices
You can request removal from the newsletter or contact us about personal data by emailing info@westworldklique.com. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect some analytics behavior once tracking tools are activated.
